In an ATT commercial I recently view they keep saying "HEY Marcel", who is Marcel?

"Marcel" is just representative of you or anyone else that is watching television.
The commercial is trying to say with their new program you can now watch multiple programs at the same time so that "TV shows don't have to fight for you attention".
Like if you're struggling between deciding which show you want to watch especially if the shows coincide with each other, with their program you don't have to choose sine you can watch 4 at the same time.
When the people are all yelling "Marcel" that's just representing the shows "fighting for your attention". (in other words you choosing which one to watch)

I watched some very hairy men get their chest waxed on “The Amazing Race” last night and I was left wondering if it’s possible to rip a nipple off.
